During the autumn of 2021, Slovak health professionals experienced one of the most difficult periods. Long gone were the people applauding on balconies – the reality looked like ingratitude, arrogance, and anger.
Those who were supposed to save us needed to find a way to survive themselves.
In order to get a piece of humanity and warm words to the medics we owed so much and spread it through society, together with VUB Bank, we launched the Line of Gratitude at the beginning of December. The dozens of true stories that people uploaded to us were a little big miracle.
